Instructions
- Cook a package of frozen, chopped spinach and drain the water out well.
- Beat 1 or 2 eggs in a bowl.
- Mash the farmer's cheese.
- Combine the spinach, eggs, and farmer's cheese.
- Add herbs like basil, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in some almond flour.
- Spread onto a buttered pie pan.
- Sprinkle almond flour on top and dabs of butter and/or grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake approximately 40 minutes, until it looks lightly brown.
