3 TBSP finely chopped onion
3 TBSP finely chopped celery
2 TBSP finely chopped carrot
2 tsp nut flour
1 egg white
½ tsp sage or poultry seasoning

3 TBSP (45 ml) finely chopped onion
3 TBSP (45 ml) finely chopped celery
2 TBSP (30 ml) finely chopped carrot
2 tsp (10 ml) nut flour
1 egg white
½ tsp (2.5 ml) sage or poultry seasoning
pinch salt
pinch pepper

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees F (220 C) for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- These are good plain or dipped in mustard. Hot or cold.
