1 pound 2 oz minced meat well-cooked
2 big onions cut in pieces and lightly baked in olive oil
1 TBSP oregano

1 tsp (5 ml) salt
Crust ingredients
150 grams almond flour
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
1 tsp (5 ml) baking soda
47 ml dripped yogurt or dry curd cottage cheese
22 grams grated cheddar or swiss cheese
1 egg (beaten separately)
Filling Ingredients
500 grams minced meat well-cooked
2 big onions cut in pieces and lightly baked in olive oil
1 TBSP (15 ml) oregano

Instructions
Sauce instructions
- Mix together ingredients for sauce and cook in casserole dish for about half an hour or until right consistency.
Crust instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).*
- Mix together ingredients for the crust.
- Spread crust mixture in pizza pan and bake in oven until lightly brown.
Filling instructions
- Combine the meat, onions, and oregano to make the filling.
- Add the sauce and filling to the pizza crust.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake until the cheese on top is melted and brown here and there.
