4 fillets salmon (or use thick white fish fillets or chicken breasts)
1 TBSP butter

½ cup mayonnaise
1 TBSP lime juice
1 TBSP finely chopped dill
salt and pepper (optional)

1 TBSP (15 ml; 14 grams) butter
1 TBSP (15 ml) olive oil
Lime Mayonnaise
ingredients
150 grams mayonnaise
1 TBSP (115 ml) lime juice
1 TBSP (15 ml) finely chopped dill
salt and pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Combine garlic, lime rind, lime juice, salt and pepper and rub/coat salmon with this mixture.
- Heat butter and oil in shallow frying pan and cook salmon both sides as desired.
- Serve salmon topped with lime mayo and extra wedge of lime.
