1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic (minced or crushed in a garlic press)
1 tsp pulverized onion or ½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp (2.5 ml) ground pepper
Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp (5 ml) dried chives
1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic (minced or crushed in a garlic press)
1 tsp (5 ml) pulverized onion or ½ tsp (2.5 ml) onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp (2.5 ml) ground pepper
Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise and SCD yogurt
- Add the spices and whish until combined
- Add the lemon juice and whisk again
- Pour into bottle or jar and chill until use.
