1 green apple, peeled or unpeeled and cored
1½ cups almond milk, no added thickeners

Instructions
- Gather and prep ingredients.
- Start by chopping and freezing bananas and pineapple.
- Let freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, set up your high-speed blender.
- Add in all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately and garnish with a piece of pineapple if desired. Cheers!
