3 TBSP (42 g) Pam's Mayonnaise (see Related Recipes)

Instructions
- When the hard-boiled eggs have cooled down, shell the eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl. Set the white halves onto a plate.
- Mash the yolks up with a fork and mix them with the mayonnaise.
- Add in salt and pepper if you wish.
- Spoon the yolk mixture back into the whites (where the yolk was before).
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- In a stovetop pan, add in enough water to immerse the eggs you have placed in gently.
- Turn on medium flame, and when water comes to a boil, turn off the burner.
- Cover pan with a lid and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Cool eggs by immersing them in cold running water.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

You can spice up these deviled eggs if you choose. We have provided a very simple version here that you may modify to your liking.
