16 fresh strawberries (about 2 cups)
½ cup water
⅛ cup honey
½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a processor (or hand blender) pulverize strawberries and water until smooth.
- Add in the honey and vanilla extract and continue to mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Freeze in airtight container so that the sorbet sets (or make it into popsicles in molds).
- If you have an ice-cream maker, you may use that as well to create the sorbet.
