240 grams compliant peanut butter
4 TBSP (56 grams) butter
237 ml (340 grams) honey
4 tsp (20 ml) vanilla
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) salt

Instructions
- Bring butter, honey, vanilla, and salt to a simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add peanut butter and stir and simmer another 5 minutes.
- After cooking, pour into a buttered bread pan (I use an 8x8-inch [20.3 x20.3 cm] pan) and put into the freezer a little while (about 15 minutes) until hard enough to slice with a buttered spatula. (I use a pizza cutter, 5 rows one way - 5 rows the other, yielding 25 pieces about 1x1" [2.5x2.5 cm]).
- Wrap in pieces of waxed paper cut to size.
