2 cups washed and chopped baby spinach (or baby kale)

1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded, roughly chopped (~1 cup),

½ banana, sliced and frozen

Instructions

  • Place the ice cubes in the blender and pulse to crush.
  • Add orange juice, and spinach; pulse to begin breaking up the greens and then blend until very smooth.
  • Add the papaya and banana, and blend until the mixture is uniform, thick, and moves easily in the blender jar. Enjoy immediately!
